Today's news from SAGE. Everything
You Need To Know About Action Research, has been published, just as Jean
arrives back in the UK from her lecture/workshop tour of New Zealand, South
Africa and Ireland.
This week's British Council Seminar
on the 'Training and Development of School Teachers: new approaches' on 4-9
December 2005 at the Bailbrook Conference Centre has gone very well, with
contributions from Tony on ITE and from Karen, Simon, James and Jack on
'Teachers' Professional Development Through Research' (see http://www.jackwhitehead.com/monday/jwbritishcouncil.htm )
Cathy graduated on Tuesday with her
doctorate for her thesis on 'Seeking Knowledge for Black Cultural Renewal' .
Date for Cathy's contribution to a Monday evening conversation in the New Year
to be arranged.
Yaqub and Jack are video-taping
Alan's session on Thursday on: 'The Inclusional Nature of Neighbourhood -
Trees, People and Other Life as Host-Space'
Eleanor, Madeline and Jack are
